We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Benefits Specialist to support benefits administration, leave management, and workforce transitions, with a strong emphasis on integrating newly acquired employees during mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role will play a key part in onboarding and aligning incoming staff with company benefits programs, policies, and compliance standards, while also managing leave programs, workers’ compensation, and seasonal workforce transitions. The ideal candidate has experience supporting organizational change, benefits harmonization, and ensuring a seamless employee experience during periods of growth and restructuring.
