The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS systems. The Human Resources Specialist will utilize a broad range of HR tools and systems, including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others, to support various HR functions. Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, HIPAA standards, and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality; serve as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Utilize HRIS systems like Workday, ADP and or Harri for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with management on HR policies related to employment law and company standards; prepare reports on HR metrics for leadership review.
