As an HR Benefits Analyst I, you’ll work on a highly collaborative HR team providing administration and customer service support for our internal employee benefit programs, working with vendors and systems to ensure a seamless and supportive experience throughout.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required
  • 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience)
  • 1 year of experience working with Excel with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
  • Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows.

Nice To Haves

  • Workday experience is preferred.
  • Vendor management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for all internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs
  • Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans and programs
  • Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations
  • Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other ad hoc needs
