About The Position

This full-time position is responsible for providing support to the HR Manager and for biweekly payroll processing for approximately 70 employees in 2 locations. Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy, privacy and confidentiality of all records and duties is critical. Ideal candidate will have working knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Personnel and Credentialing Files
  • New Hires: Pre-employment requirements, onboarding, employee orientation, benefit enrollments
  • Ongoing maintenance and administration of benefits and personnel changes
  • Student Clinical Rotation files and requirements
  • Processing biweekly payroll ensuring all rate and benefit data is timely, updated and accurate
  • Maintaining payroll records and supporting documentation
  • Coordination with Finance Department for record requests, documentation, audits and reporting
  • Credentialing requirements including preparation and maintenance of files, monitoring and updating of records
  • Ensuring all licenses and certifications are up to date and appropriately filed
  • Facilitation and maintenance of records for all staff
  • Maintenance and monitoring of database used for tracking of all credentialing
  • Recordkeeping and file maintenance
  • Monitor and conduct ongoing training activities
