FULL-TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY Responsible for payroll coordination, timekeeping accuracy, HR data integrity, licensure tracking, and regulatory documentation monitoring. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Payroll Coordination Audit timesheets prior to payroll processing. Ensure payroll changes are entered accurately. Coordinate with payroll vendor or finance department. Licensing & Certification Tracking Track expiration dates for clinical licenses. Notify employees and managers of impending expirations. Maintain 100% compliance documentation. HRIS Administration Enter and audit employee data. Generate workforce reports. Maintain confidentiality of system data. Compliance Monitoring Track mandatory training completion. Maintain OSHA and I-9 compliance records. Process Streamline monthly Support audit preparation activities.
