New Beginning HCSP LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Operations Assistant to support the Human Resources and Operations departments. This role plays an important part in maintaining employee records, supporting compliance, and assisting with administrative systems that help our team provide high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, comfortable working with confidential information, and experienced with Microsoft Office tools. The HR & Operations Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department by assisting with employee documentation, maintaining internal systems, supporting compliance audits, and helping manage electronic visit verification (EVV) records for PAS/HAB and Respite staff.
