As the HR and Learning and Development Specialist, you will assess organizational learning needs, design and deliver impactful training programs, and partner with leaders to support employee growth, engagement, and performance across the company. Requirements

  • 3 years of training and development experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in coaching and delivering feedback
  • Comfortable designing and facilitating learning
  • Comfortable analyzing data to improve outcomes
  • Comfortable partnering with leaders to support career pathing and organizational change

Responsibilities

  • Assess learning needs and skill gaps, partnering with leaders to support career development and performance goals
  • Design, implement, and facilitate onboarding, leadership, compliance, and soft skills training using modern instructional design methods
  • Manage the LMS and evaluate training effectiveness through data, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate across departments to support engagement, retention, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
