This role focuses on building dashboards, preparing reports, and improving data quality across HR systems, while gaining hands‑on experience with workforce analytics tools and processes.Your role in our mission

Requirements

  • Students in later years of study (juniors and Seniors) pursuing a BS or MS degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Understanding of core HR metrics and data analysis concepts.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
  • Curiosity, problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with R, Python, DAX, SQL Server, or Databricks.

Responsibilities

  • Developing dashboards in Power BI and supporting reporting needs.
  • Extracting and reconciling data from systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and identifying trends in workforce data.
  • Creating clear, executive‑ready presentations communicating insights.
  • Supporting multiple HR partners in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Benefits

  • Paid Summer Internship - $20.00 per hour.
  • Timeline: May 19, 2026 - August 8, 2026 (12-week program, 40 hours per week).
  • Hybrid opportunity in Dallas, TX or El Paso, TX - Candidate must reside in the target areas and vicinity (30 miles around).
