People Analytics and Workforce Insights Analyze HR data related to headcount, turnover, retention, employee lifecycle events, compensation, and workforce demographics. Partner with HR leadership to define, track, and refine key HR metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives. Develop recurring and ad hoc workforce reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within workforce data and proactively communicate findings and recommendations. HR Systems and Dayforce Management Serve as a primary resource for Dayforce HCM reporting and analytics, ensuring consistent and accurate use of system data. Maintain, audit, and validate HRIS data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity across HR processes. Support HRIS enhancements, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics. Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues, optimize workflows, and improve system functionality. Reporting, Dashboards & Power BI Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards using Dayforce and other HR data sources. Develop standardized data models, metrics, and visualizations aligned with HR and business priorities. Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with data visualization and reporting best practice. Provide guidance to HR and business partners on dashboard interpretation and data-driven decision-making. Compliance, Audits, Regulatory Reporting Support HR data requirements for regulatory compliance, including EEO-1, AAP, VETS-4212, and other required workforce reports. Collect, validate, and prepare data for internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews. Ensure HR reporting aligns with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Partner with HR leadership and external consultants to support compliance initiatives and data requests. Data Governance Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all HR data in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Establish and maintain documentation for HR metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes. Collaborate with HR partners and business stakeholders to translate business questions into effective analytical and system solutions. Provide training and ongoing support to HR users related to reporting tools, data interpretation, and best practices.
