About The Position

The HR Analyst & Business Partner plays a key role in bridging data-driven HR insights with strategic people support. This hybrid position manages core HR systems (including UKG), leads HR reporting and analytics, and partners with leaders across corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, and IT. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems skills with a desire to grow as an HR Business Partner, supporting talent, performance, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to HRIS administration (UKG highly desired).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools (e.g., UKG Analytics, Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Possesses an engaging, high-energy and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to understand business goals and how HR solutions and processes align to support their achievement.
  • Desire and ability to be a knowledgeable and credible HR professional within the team, aligning with the tone, agenda, and direction of the HR team and providing the necessary participation, support, and follow up to ensure the team achieves desired results.
  • Solutions focused with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate and compliant solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Bias for action, stellar work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
  • Interest in growing toward a strategic HR Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the UKG HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and process efficiency across HR functions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with IT to manage data integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance HR technology capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize end-to-end employee data and pay workflows.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends in turnover, performance, compensation, and engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders based on data analysis.
  • Partner with leaders in Finance, Marketing, and IT to support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Owns the HR Support Help Desk (FreshWorks) and manages response to inquiries with appropriate solutions per established SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Manager to coordinate training initiatives, track participation, and assess program effectiveness.
  • Support the Compensation and Benefits Manager with benefits open enrollment, job evaluations, pay analysis, and annual compensation review processes.
  • Participate in HR initiatives that enhance culture, communication, and employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system utilization.
  • Support HR projects related to technology enhancements (including the use of AI), analytics maturity, and process redesign.
  • Stay informed on HR technology trends and best practices in HR analytics and business partnership.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
