About The Position

The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resource department. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Zoom Meetings, HRIS a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset
  • Experience with Full Cycle recruiting
  • U.S Citizen or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit
  • Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetic that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
  • Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, leadership team, supervisors, clients, family members, vendors and all business associates within or outside the agency.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred to have 2 + years experience in HR or related field (but not required)
  • Experience with Workers Compensation and state regulations a plus
