Weâre searching for a dynamic HR Administrator â Systems & Operations who can care for the team member experience while stewarding the systems that support it. This role is intentionally balanced: ~50% focused on owning and optimizing our HRIS ecosystem (including a potential transition from Paycom to a new platform) ~50% dedicated to hands-on HR generalist and operational support for team members and managers across the organization Youâll help ensure our HR systems run smoothly, our processes stay strong, and our team members feel supported every step of the way.
