Chick -fil -A is seeking a hands -on HR Administrator (HR Generalist) to steward culture, develop people, and build strong HR systems in a fast -paced, high -volume restaurant environment. This role works directly with the Owner/Operator and Director Team and is trusted with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This is not a clerical HR role, it’s designed for a relational, systems -minded HR leader who enjoys being close to the business and the people.
