About The Position

Chick -fil -A is seeking a hands -on HR Administrator (HR Generalist) to steward culture, develop people, and build strong HR systems in a fast -paced, high -volume restaurant environment. This role works directly with the Owner/Operator and Director Team and is trusted with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This is not a clerical HR role, it’s designed for a relational, systems -minded HR leader who enjoys being close to the business and the people.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience (required)
  • Recruiting experience in a fast -paced environment (required)

Nice To Haves

  • HR Generalist or HR management experience (preferred)
  • Restaurant or operational experience (preferred)
  • SHRM -CP or equivalent (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting strategy and execution using our ATS and community connections
  • New hire onboarding and orientation (English & Spanish preferred)
  • Employee relations, documentation, and investigations
  • Performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes
  • Workplace safety audits and Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Accurate bi -weekly payroll processing using Chick -fil -A platforms
  • HR systems, files, job descriptions, and policy updates
  • Coaching leaders on people decisions and culture alignment
