As our HR & Administrative Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our US office. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire HR lifecycle, from onboarding new talent to managing leaves and performance management.

Requirements

  • A Lifelong Learner: Whether you hold a degree in HR or Business or have earned experience in the field (SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are a plus!), you possess curiosity about how a business truly scales from the ground up.
  • Systems Savvy: You have familiarity with payroll processing within ADP or similar HRIS, Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, especially when handling sensitive data.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love learning new systems and processes quickly.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certifications

Responsibilities

  • HR Support: Own the entire HR lifecycle and maintain digital personnel records with high attention to detail.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Ensure our team is paid accurately and on time by managing our ADP platform and overseeing benefits administration.
  • Compliance: Support local compliance initiatives, such as form 5500 preparation and filing, ensure timely and accurate W-2 distribution, and maintain adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and reporting requirements.
  • Social media: Manage our social media presence to showcase Pixida USA’s culture, share team successes, and engage with the broader tech community to attract new partnerships and top talent.
  • Administrative Management: Keep the gears turning by managing daily operations such as, high-level scheduling, vendor management, professional correspondence, and ad-hoc special projects.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Spot a way to do things better? We want to hear it. You’ll be encouraged to take initiative from day one.
