About The Position

Join our team as a Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant and gain valuable experience in HR administration and employee relations. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.
  • Additional Requirements: Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment: create job ads, manage resumes, and maintain applicant tracking.
  • Support onboarding: send new hire links, scheduling, and assisting with new hire orientations.
  • Provide general HR administrative support: reports, filing, and correspondence.
  • Help with benefits administration: billing, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with organizing quarterly staff trainings and any staff outings.
  • Contribute to special HR projects, including any policy updates and procedures.
