TO: All Production Associates FROM: Associate Services SUBJECT: Req#3477 SHIFT: 1st Shift POSITION: HR Admin Coordinator LOCATION: HR Dept MANAGER: Chastidy Winkle ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management, customers, suppliers, company personnel, and outside public in a professional manner Ability to maintain confidentially of all company information is mandatory Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time Must efficiently operate the computer Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 or above – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Publisher Ability to prioritize and organize assigned tasks efficiently to obtain results Ability to use sound judgment and initiative to accomplish all job duties and assignments Ability to work independently Must be willing and able to continue training and development on existing systems or programs as needed Must be able and willing to work the night shift, weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed Must be able to make presentations and perform training to groups along with conducting and supporting Department Management with corrective action counseling’s Be willing to learn and assist with the administration, development, and training of company policies, procedures, growth training, and certifications Must be willing to support special projects and programs as assigned Must have a valid driver’s license, with no traffic violations and willingness to operate PIV’s when required Must have excellent attendance, good attitude, be punctual, be trustworthy, and be confidential Must be able to learn, demonstrate, and advise on proper techniques and practices of the job Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow clear directions Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers, management, and other associates Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver results under the pressure of deadlines Must be self-motivated and self-managed Must be actively supportive of the Associate Training Program and must follow all rules and policies as set forth by NSE in its Associate Handbook, Policies, and any other programs supported by NSE. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule between all designated shifts and possibly overtime till shift is complete Must be able to work in a Warehouse Environment and Manufacturing Environment, if necessary, which may consist of walking on concrete floors, and wearing Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, and any other required PPE Able to interact professionally within the company with our customer, associates, and management Must be able and willing to certify and train associates on PIV, Tugger, Pallet jacks and other training items BASIC REQUIREMENTS: High School Graduate (required), BA/BS in Human Resource management or equivalent work experience Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse audiences, levels, and circumstances Willingness to present in front of groups, lead activities, and utilize self-initiative to develop activity plans, set direction for direct reports, and projects as assigned Must be able and willing to work in a high-speed production environment working around fast-moving machinery Must be able to complete assignments on assigned dates and shifts. Must be honest, trustworthy, and confidential.
