A Benefits Billing Analyst ensures accurate financial administration of employee benefits, including reconciling carrier invoices, managing premiums, and resolving billing discrepancies. S/he will monitor enrollment data, maintain compliance, and handle COBRA & direct billing audits due to LOA/WC, playing a key role in financial accuracy and benefits data integrity. Partner with Regional/local HR and Risk Management to ensure financial reconciliation of all benefits deductions ties-out correctly. The pay range for this position is $60.000 - $75.000/yearly.
