Description HPG National Accounts Manager is a sales position proactively working with the largest national customers and supporting our Directors of Sales and or Directors of National Accounts on a daily basis to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and increase sales. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned. Management also reserves the right to change or modify position descriptions from time-to-time to meet the needs of the business with or without notice). · Meet or exceed quota in assigned national accounts where assigned. · Work directly with top national accounts and attend all quarterly reviews for nationals. · Acts as a second liaison for all national accounts when DOS and or DONA are traveling. · Executes 50 monthly virtual appointments with customers to present opportunities and product trends in assigned territory and ensure we are doing everything we can to remain top of mind and serve our customers. · Completes 50 proactive phone calls/ emails, social media daily to build relationships, discuss and follow up on current promos, offer virtuals, story boards samples, and capture sales in assigned territory. · Support assigned DOS and DONA in activities i.e.: samples, proactive story boards, fast tracking quotes and orders, social media. · Aggressively seeks and finds new business within existing customers. · Builds and maintains pipeline to achieve monthly quota. · Provide quotations to all customers with 4 -hour turnaround. · Educate customers on our tools (samples, tools, story boards) · Maintains a current and competent base of product knowledge and applies that knowledge when servicing customers. · Provide product and industry expertise when needed. · Follow up thank you calls on large orders. · Responsible for carrying out tasks following deadlines and checking that all tasks are complete. · Works internally to solve problems for our high- level accounts with many different departments. · Attends some tradeshows/ and or external travel.
