  • Verify installations comply with project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Ensure materials and components meet approved submittals and industry standards (e.g., ASME, ASHRAE, ANSI).
  • Witness and document functional and performance tests for liquid cooling systems, ensuring leak-free operation, thermal efficiency, and flow rates meet design criteria.
  • Verify pressure testing, flushing, and balancing of cooling loops.
  • Collaborate with commissioning teams to validate system performance under operational conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports to the project team according to schedule.
  • Track and verify corrective actions for identified deficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to data center-specific standards and liquid cooling best practices.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA safety regulations, environmental standards, and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Stay informed on advancements in liquid cooling technology and relevant codes.
  • Collaborate with mechanical contractors, engineers, and vendors to resolve quality issues.
