In this role, you will manage and lead programs that involve multiple functions, ensuring the engineering development and implementation processes for innovative products and services. Accountabilities Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development. Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs. Monitor project team activities and ensure progress towards established goals. Communicate progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders. Collaborate with management to recommend changes to product processes and practices. Drive integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects. Lead and mentor less-experienced staff members. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. PMP/PMI certification preferred. Typically 6-10 years of experience in project management. Extensive experience with project and program planning tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen with successful program management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
