The Housing Stability Coordinator supports individuals experiencing housing instability, with a primary focus on survivors of domestic violence, the majority of whom are families with children. This role involves conducting trauma-informed assessments and developing individualized service plans to increase self-sufficiency and promote independent living. The Housing Stability Coordinator provides ongoing case management, advocacy, safety planning, and crisis intervention, as well as community-building activities and connections to community-based resources. The overall goal of CONNECT is to support residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment which reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
