The Housing Stability Advocate provides trauma-informed, survivor-centered advocacy and housing support to families enrolled across Cornerstone’s housing programs, including Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Transitional Housing (TH), and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). This role supports survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking/exploitation, and sexual violence in obtaining and maintaining safe, stable housing while working toward long-term independence and stability. The Housing Stability Advocate is a cross-trained member of the housing and shelter team and works across programs to ensure continuity of services, effective program flow, and ongoing support for participants. This position collaborates closely with internal teams, landlords, housing partners, and community providers to help participants navigate housing systems, address barriers to stability, and access supportive services. Services are provided in participants’ homes, in the office, in the community, and at partner sites. Some evenings and weekends may be required. A hybrid work schedule may be available after 90 days of employment
