About The Position

Salary range: $39,764.00 (minimum) - $56,670.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Requirements

  • A Master's degree and experience responding to behavioral issues with strong leadership and administrative skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional experience in a university or college student housing setting, including live-in/live-on duties as well as crisis response.
  • Prior direct supervision of student para-professional staff, key/access control and customer service desk experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage desk operations in providing exceptional, frontline, customer service to all constituents.
  • Monitor and enforce key and access control safety and security protocols.
  • Supervise, train, evaluate, and support student staff.
  • Serve on a 24/7 administrator on call and support staff rotation responding to self-harm, title IX, and other behavioral and facilities related concerns.
  • Schedule student staff and support summer program operations (camps, conferences, and orientations).
