About The Position

Housing Program Manager - On Site, Full Time, Day Shift The Housing Program Manager represents and embodies the compassionate mission of the Supportive Housing Ministry which provides quality affordable housing to the most vulnerable members of our society. As the property leader, the Housing Program Manager will ensure compliance with all regulations and financial objectives of the specific ministry, while referencing the Mission and Core Values of Providence as a guide to all management activities. This person has the long-term viability of the property and residents as the motivation for any initiatives and programming that they oversee. The ability to communicate and execute this vision with staff, contractors, and residents, is essential to success. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field; or 5 years of experience in affordable housing management or another related field.
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist certification (Quadel or NCHM) required within 1 year of hire.
  • 2 years of experience in a housing, social services, or healthcare organization, or experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals.
  • Experience in supervision and effective staff management.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
