About The Position
The Housing Case Manager provides support to the Housing Director for implementation of program funding. Through the direction of the Housing Director, Case Managers will assess each individual case to identify client needs and coordinate rental assistance resources and services appropriately. They work closely with the Housing Director to gain increasing knowledge of available housing stock, familiarity with common barriers facing renters and landlords to help individuals and families secure stable and affordable housing. Travel and home visits are required.
