JOB PURPOSE: Summer position to provide lawn care, landscaping, and minor maintenance around apartments and residence halls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience, minor home repair maintenance
Responsibilities
- Mowing & Trimming
- Watering; sprinkler repair
- Grounds cleanup; painting
- Minor maintenance around apartments
- Use of Utility vehicles
