About The Position

PRIMARY FUNCTION: To be present at the front desk of the assigned building during your shift to facilitate tenant needs and monitor visitors to the building. Job Description Receive Short Term tenants on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (Martin Hall). To be Tenant/Guest Customer Service oriented at all times. Maintain all desk logs accurately and appropriately. Receive and distribute USPS and Jefferson University mail to tenant mailboxes. Log and distribute package deliveries to tenants. Receive and record all tenant request/complaints maintenance /custodial requests to through the proper methods Record all apartment/room keys distributed during shift on StarRez. Conduct all move-in/move-out desk procedures within StarRez as outlined in office procedures. Adhere to emergency procedures and provide incident/ fire safety reports when applicable. Enforce all security policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with computer technology required
