Episcopal Community Services is launching a Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP) program. New to San Francisco, FHSP is an exciting permanent housing intervention focusing on rehousing SIP guests. FHSP participants are provided permanent subsidies for private market units and offered housing stabilization services to support the integration into new housing. Under the direction of the Director to Housing Stability and Partnerships, the Housing Coordination and Retention Manager oversees a team of Housing Stabilization Specialists and Housing Coordinator and Retention Specialists. In partnership with community-based organizations and the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing this team will work to development and implement the FHSP program. Hire, train, support, develop, build team between, evaluate, and when necessary, partner with HR to dismiss program staff. Serve as the Behavioral Health Clinician II and Housing Coordinator and Retention Specialists for FHSP direct supervisor. Manage the collaboration with Bayview Hunters Point Foundation and San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing Monitor progress toward outcomes, identify and implement needed course corrections, and design and implement new strategies as needed. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool program. Together with the Director of Housing Stability and Partnerships, develop and propose programmatic and operational changes to support the goals of the program. Submit Rent Payment Form changes to finance to ensure subsidies are paid correctly and on time. Work within and promote the integrated services team model in an environment dedicated to harm reduction, recovery and wellness. Follow policies, procedures, and protocols established by ECS and the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. Complete required reports and documentation outlined in the grant agreements. Participate in ensuring confidentiality of participant information as legally required. Perform other duties as assigned.
