About The Position
The Housing & Community Development Officer oversees the Real Estate Development Division in Austin Housing. Responsibilities include oversight of single-family programs (Down Payment Assistance and Community Land Trust) and multi-family programs (Housing Development Assistance, Developer Incentives, and Partnerships). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and finance, as well as economic development and urban planning.
