About The Position

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by preparing rooms, removing linens and trash, delivering supplies, and maintaining public and back-of-house areas.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull carts and equipment.
• Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Weekends and holidays required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove linens and trash from guest rooms and public spaces.
• Transport clean linens and supplies to designated areas.
• Assist with cleaning rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Maintain organization of storage areas and housekeeping carts.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Assist with room setup, furniture movement, or special projects.
• Support grounds and pressure-washing tasks when needed.
• Support laundry operations as required.
• Assist other departments during busy periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
