Delivers linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and replenishes linen closets throughout the shift to support housekeeping operations. Collects soiled linens, used terry, trash, and recycling from guest floors and transports items to designated laundry or disposal areas. Maintains cleanliness of guest corridors, service hallways, elevator landings, stairwells, vending and ice rooms, and other assigned public or service areas. Vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops floors, spot-cleans walls and surfaces, and removes debris to maintain a clean, polished environment. Cleans and maintains back-of-house areas including storage rooms, service closets, and staff workspaces. Supports room readiness during high occupancy by delivering supplies, assisting with room completion, and responding to operational needs. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests such as linens, pillows, cribs, amenities, packages, or special deliveries. Greet guests courteously when encountered and offers assistance in alignment with Four-Diamond service expectations. Mains organized, stocked, clean, and secure housekeeping closets and reports supply or inventory needs. Respond quickly to spills, urgent cleaning needs, and safety hazards to ensure guest and team member safety. Reports maintenance issues, safety concerns, unusual activity, or incidents promptly and completes work order documentation accurately. Follows all safety, OSHA, PPE, chemical handling, key control, confidentiality, and emergency procedures while maintaining professional appearance and behavior. Adhere to all policies and procedures established . Assists with deep-cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, emergency support, and additional job-related duties as assigned.
