Responsibilities

Keeping our hotel spotless by meeting cleanliness standards throughout guest areas and public spaces.
Preparing rooms for magic by setting up spaces for our room attendants and assisting with deep‑clean projects.
Being the go-to support hero-delivering linens, toiletries, and supplies that help our housekeeping team deliver WOW moments.
Helping guests feel special with quick, friendly responses to their needs and questions.
Using your handy skills with basic maintenance tasks like plunging, replacing lightbulbs, and clearing drains.
Safely handling cleaning supplies and operating laundry equipment like a pro.
Keeping everything stocked and organized, from linen closets to storage areas.
Pitching in wherever needed, partnering with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Taking on additional tasks given by leadership-every day is a little different!
