Responsibilities

• Keeping our hotel spotless by meeting cleanliness standards throughout guest areas and public spaces.
• Preparing rooms for magic by setting up spaces for our room attendants and assisting with deep‑clean projects.
• Being the go-to support hero -delivering linens, toiletries, and supplies that help our housekeeping team deliver WOW moments.
• Helping guests feel special with quick, friendly responses to their needs and questions.
• Using your handy skills with basic maintenance tasks like plunging, replacing lightbulbs, and clearing drains.
• Safely handling cleaning supplies and operating laundry equipment like a pro.
• Keeping everything stocked and organized , from linen closets to storage areas.
• Pitching in wherever needed , partnering with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Taking on additional tasks given by leadership-every day is a little different!
