St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) is looking for a dedicated Houseparent to help create a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children and teens with behavioral and mental health challenges. This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling to nurture, mentor, and guide youth as they work toward healing and success. About Us: SAYS serves children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, abuse, or mental health issues. Our therapeutic residential programs are designed to give these youth structure, care, and the chance to thrive in a safe, home-like setting. Position Overview: As a Houseparent, you’ll be the heart of the home—providing daily supervision, emotional support, and essential life skills to children in care. You’ll help maintain a consistent routine, model healthy behavior, and ensure each child’s physical and emotional needs are met.
