About The Position
General Cleaning : Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures in guest rooms, public areas (lobbies, restrooms, elevators), and back-of-house spaces. Linen & Supplies : Distributing clean linens, towels, and guest amenities; collecting soiled laundry; stocking linen closets and housekeeping carts. Guest Room Support : Assisting room attendants by stripping beds, changing linens, restocking minibars, and tidying rooms. Maintenance & Setup : Realigning furniture, moving heavy items, reporting maintenance issues (like broken fixtures or light bulbs), and setting up rooms for events. Guest Service : Responding to guest requests, delivering items, and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
