About The Position
A beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth located in the heart of Naples, boasts 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a beautiful pool. Join the fantastic Housekeeping Team as a Houseman, and work with a great team that is rooted in family and provides an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Houseman, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout our property—both public areas and guest floors. Your role supports our housekeeping team and contributes directly to our signature five-star experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of public areas, back-of-house spaces, hallways, stairwells, and balconies.
- Assist room attendants with linen handling (delivery, collection, restocking) and supply cart stocking.
- Manage trash and debris removal from guest areas, storage, and service zones.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (e.g., towels, amenities)
- Conduct inventory checks, transport items, and report maintenance or safety issues via Alice Software.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
