Promotes an atmosphere of cleanliness and superior customer care for hotel guests. Setup and take down of meeting space. Janitorial functions. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
- Strip linens from guest rooms
- Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals
- Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
- Refurnish the room with supplies, towels etc.
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
