Requirements

Ability to read and write.
Physical ability to perform duties requiring standing, bending, stretching, and lifting moderate loads.
Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces using approved cleaning products.
Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas according to an established schedule.
Change bed linens as needed, with or without patient assistance, based on patient mobility.
Empty and clean trash receptacles daily and maintain trash-free environments throughout the shift.
Stock supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas.
Clean front doors, windows, and entrance areas.
Pick up litter, sweep entrances, and maintain exterior areas as assigned (including light yard work such as raking leaves when needed).
Use proper body mechanics and follow safety guidelines at all times.
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
