About The Position
Team members in the housekeeping department are responsible for attending to our facility with integrity and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports Allen Harim’s vision, mission and values Responsible for restocking restroom supplies and ensuring all cleaning supplies are stored properly Inspects equipment for cleanliness and repair and personally makes minor repairs. Steam-clean carpets. Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Mix various cleaning agents. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean. Apply wax to coat floors and buff. Apply sealant to floors. Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Responsible for removing trash from facility Other assignments as needed
Requirements
- Five years of industrial refrigeration experience
- Requires the ability to make decisions and remain calm under high stress situations.
- Must be able to communicate with all level of employees as well as outside vendors and government agencies
- High degree of attention to detail- Advanced
- Excellent Communications skills as frequent communication is required- Advanced
- Basic PC skills
- Must have the ability to enter all areas of the plant and offices being exposed to temperatures (Hot and Cold) as well as exposure to different levels of noise.
- Must be able lift 40lbs ore more on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend, reach, stand squat, walk and climb stairs.

- Experience in Plant Housekeeping preferred
