We are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of the Eau  Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Turndown Attendant will provide turndown service and clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. The Turndown Attendant will be responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. We have a part-time position available. This role is a P.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. Work Schedule Needed: Flexible | 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Requirements

  • At least 1-year prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms. (desired)
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management to their understanding.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling. (desired)
  • Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish/Creole. (desired)
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training. (desired)
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to exert physical effort in being able to transport turndown cart and clean 310/28 rooms per shift.
  • Able to satisfactorily use housekeeping room assignment software to update, request, track and communicate during the shift.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
