Requirements
- Have prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel
- Lead with integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for service
- Are a strong communicator and team motivator who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of housekeeping systems and safety protocols
- Are tech-savvy with experience using Word, Excel, and scheduling systems
- Can lift up to 25 lbs and are comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
- Are flexible and reliable, with availability to work various shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and lead by example to ensure the highest guestroom and public space cleanliness
- Assign room and task duties to attendants based on occupancy, staffing levels, and performance
- Monitor progress throughout the day to ensure all rooms are serviced on time and to standard
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment
- Coordinate special cleaning projects, daily room readiness, and linen inventory and distribution
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
- Serve as point of contact for guest requests related to housekeeping—responding promptly and professionally
- Step in as needed to assist with cleaning duties and ensure seamless operations
