Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of Housekeeping experience in resort setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide a high performing housekeeping team through daily leadership, coaching, and hands on support.
  • Ensure perfection in every detail by assigning tasks and conducting inspections of guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Deliver polished, attentive communication to guests and team members, upholding Westgate’s standard of warm, genuine hospitality.
  • Maintain a flawlessly organized operation, including storage areas, supplies, and equipment care.
  • Oversee maintenance needs, reporting and creating HotSoS work orders.
  • Support team growth through ongoing training and participation in performance reviews.
  • Uphold exceptional quality and safety, completing routine inspections and fostering a clean, hazard free work environment.
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities that enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by leadership.
