This is a critical leadership position where you'll oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You're responsible for ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, leading and motivating your team, and collaborating with the General Manager and other departments to ensure our guests have a memorable stay, embodying our value to "Bring the Energy."

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the key manager for quality control, staff performance, and resource management within the department.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience with hotel property management systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and seamlessly, contributing to an enjoyable stay.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure the department is always operating smoothly.
