About The Position

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel remain clean, organized, and well-maintained. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, verify that assigned areas meet company and industry standards, and ensure that guests receive a consistently high level of cleanliness and service.

Requirements

• Proven 1 year working experience in similar roles in relevant field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and cleaning products.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish, is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons, shift of 8 hours could be arranged between 6:00 am to 12:00 am, weekends required.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of cleaning services and conduct quality control checks
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Check guestrooms, public areas, and back of the house areas for cleanliness and maintenance
• Make sure staff follow safety and hygiene protocols
• Take care of lost and found items
• Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department
• Step in to help with cleaning and maintenance duties when needed
