We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional service, promoting a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the property. Your focus will be on maximizing guest satisfaction, protecting company assets, and managing operations efficiently to control costs.

Requirements

• Ability to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to meet performance standards
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
• Manage daily staff assignments and scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and control supply costs
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
