About The Position

$250 Signing Bonus (after 90-days) Weekends and holidays required. Clean driver's license to drive the shuttle (preferred) The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
