About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented independent contractor to provide housekeeping services for our healthcare clinics. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. This is a contract-based opportunity. The selected contractor will operate independently and provide services in accordance with agreed-upon standards. The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning services that may include: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal on a routine basis Maintaining overall cleanliness to support a positive patient experience Performing a thorough deep cleaning of the clinic on a monthly basis, including interior windows Ensuring cleaning supplies are properly stored and organized in compliance with applicable safety standards Transporting and disposing of waste, including contaminated materials, in accordance with OSHA guidelines Addressing occasional special cleaning needs (e.g., post-construction or water-related cleanup) Monitoring cleaning supply levels and coordinating restocking as needed Services are typically performed after clinic hours or on weekends Contractor determines their own schedule in coordination with clinic access needs Contractor is responsible for providing services without direct supervision This posting is intended to describe the general scope of services needed and is not a contract or guarantee of work. Requirements

• Experience providing cleaning services in offices, healthcare settings, or private residences preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to follow general service expectations while maintaining autonomy in how work is performed
• Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality within a healthcare environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform routine cleaning activities such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Must operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee
• Responsible for own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
• Must comply with all applicable safety and health regulations
