About The Position

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a consistently high standard of service. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Key Requirements Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Typical start time is 9:00 AM; end time varies based on business needs. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in hospitality. Professionalism: Must maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic.   • Clean and service guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards
  • Restock linens, amenities, and room supplies
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned areas and housekeeping carts
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
