Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or associates of organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Over 75% of the shift spend walking, crouching, bending, reaching. In and out of various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel/resort or other related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to HSKP standards
- Restock amenities and food and beverage items
- Update room status via telephone and on room assignment sheet.
- Report any maintenance concerns
- Report any housekeeping concerns (dirty carpets, stains, etc)
- Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order
- Turn in right away any lost and found items to supervisor
- Place any F&B dishware and glassware into the appropriate containers
- Complete any special cleaning tasks.
