The targeted hiring range for this position is $12.26 - $15.96 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Requirements

Six to twelve months of related experience/training.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms and public areas, including windows, doors, walls, floors, closets, fixtures, bathrooms, and furniture, following standard operating procedures.
Maintain cleaning cart and supplies.
Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities, supplies, and linens.
Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly; replace batteries, light bulbs, etc.
Report repair requests to the supervisor or maintenance department.
Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning, etc.) as required.
Maintain quality service by establishing, following, and enforcing organization quality system standards.
Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by your manager.
